Established in 2003, Juki Electronic Appliance Manufacturer specializes in the production of small appliances such as air purifiers which can be used for homes and cars, mincers, mosquito killers, mobile powers, AC adapters, travel and car chargers, AV cables and USB cables for Apple's iPhone and iPod. Due to the demands of the market, we started exporting our products in 2005.
Reaching a Monthly Production of 2 Million Pieces
We have three factories covering a total area of 15,000 square meters and 20 production lines that are strictly manned by 370 workers. Our monthly production capacity is 2 million pieces, which are all for export. MOQ is 500 pieces and delivery lead time is 10 to 20 days.
Launching Three to 20 New Items Monthly
Six highly-experienced engineers in our R&D team utilize 10 injection molding machines, making them capable of launching three to 20 new items monthly. New samples can be done in 20 to 40 days. For your convenience, our engineers can communicate with you in English.
Compliant with CE, FCC and RoHS Standards
Our QC team is composed of 40 staff and two QC personnel are assigned in each production line. They meticulously inspect every process. Thus, our products are fit to bear CE, FCC and RoHS marks.
